The costs associated with the accommodation will be covered by the Partner.
You will receive an invoice for the cost of the accommodation prior to the event.

If you arrive earlier or extend your stay, please mark in the registration form, so we can arrange that.
Transportation
If you're arriving by car, parking is available directly at the hotel for your convenience. You can easily find Reina del Mar hotel Obzor by searching on Waze or Google Maps – just type “Reina del Mar Obzor”, and you’ll be guided straight to the entrance.
You can arrive by plane or car either to Varna or Bucharest and we will organize a transfer to the event location. If you are arriving by plane, please make sure to book your tickets at earliest convenience to ensure capacity.
For those travelling by plane to Bucharest, we will organize a transfer by bus from Bucharest airport to the venue (duration approx. 5 hours). Please check the airport transfer needed box and flight details in the registration section.
For those travelling by plane to Varna, we will organize a bus or minibus transfer from Varna airport to the venue (duration approx. 1 hour). Please check the airport transfer needed box and flight details in the registration section.
For participants from Romania:
Please note however that we recommend the following itinerary for Bucharest - Varna:
