Transportation
For participants from Romania:
If you're arriving by car, parking is available directly at the hotel for your convenience. You can easily find Crowne Plaza Constanța by searching on Waze or Google Maps – just type “Crowne Plaza Mamaia”, and you’ll be guided straight to the entrance.
If you arrive by plane, the biggest airport is Bucharest Henry Coanda International Airport. A shuttle to the hotel will be arranged for you if necessary.
For participants from Bulgaria:
You can arrive by plane or car either to Varna or Bucharest and we will organize a transfer to the event location. If you are arriving by plane, please make sure to book your tickets at earliest convenience to ensure capacity.
Please note however that we recommend the following itinerary:

- Flight Sofia - Varna 07:00-07:50 (Bulgarian Air)
- Transfer by minibus to hotel (duration approx. 3.5 hours)

- Transfer by minibus to Varna 11:00
- Flight Varna - Sofia 16:30 - 17:20 (Bulgarian Air)
